Term Classes

Encouraging creativity

There’s a Little Picasso in every child.

Little Picassos aims to encourage and develop creativity in every child. We value their ideas whilst providing the opportunity to have fun, explore new concepts, experiment with a range of materials, and create original works of art in both two and three dimension.

We offer 6 different age groupings: Pee Wee Picassos, Pre School Picassos, Art Adventurers, Art Explorers, Art Advanced and Art Specialist, each designed for different ages and skill levels. Art areas to be explored include drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, construction, clay, sculpture, textiles and mixed media.

Little Picassos has 4 purpose-built locations: Glenelg, Hyde Park, Magill and Woodcroft. Term classes are age specific & run for eight consecutive weeks. Enrolments close week 2 of each term.

My 9-year-old has been attending Little Picassos for over a year now and absolutely loves it! They also offer holiday programs during term breaks, which is a great way for kids to keep creating, my son has joined and really enjoyed them!

Both our 5 and 8 year old son have taken classes here. They both have loved the classes so much! The time and energy that the teachers put into the class in amazing. My older son is signed up to attend classes next term again and can not wait to learn and make all of his new art pieces!

My child has been going here for about 18 months now. The teaching team are so lovely and helpful and my child feels relaxed in such a welcoming environment. Any question I've had have been promptly responded to and make up lessons are made available when needed. Cute art works that my child is proud of are honestly a bonus. We'll be coming back next term and the next and the next...

We had a wonderful experience with this art class. We enrolled our daughter to help her transition into a classroom setting, as she hasn’t attended school or daycare before, and it’s been such a positive journey. A big thank you to Olivia for being so kind, patient, and understanding; she made our daughter feel comfortable right from the start.

My daughter started term time classes with Little Picassos in primary school and has kept them up for years. She is now in year 8 and still going, she's learning and creating, and enjoys the safe relaxed space working alongside kids her own age with a wonderful teacher.

Our daughter has been attending Little Picassos for several years, starting as a little girl, it has been the one thing she always loves to attend. Now as a teenager, art has developed as her greatest passion. Thank you to the team at Little Picassos for continuing to nurture her passion and develop her skills.

Both my daughters have attended Little Picassos for many years, and it’s been amazing to see how much their artistic skills have grown. The staff are warm and supportive, and the programs are creative, varied, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend to any family.

My daughter has been going here for 3 years now and absolutely loves it. I love it when she comes home with her art pieces. The only problem now is I am running out of space to hang them up 🙂
